Can someone tell me the difference between a dog heating pad and a human heating pad? - dog heating pad

My Chihuahua Women have their offspring in about 2 weeks and I have his delivery area ready, only heating. I prefer to use a heating pad lines to light when something struck him. But I will not buy on a heating pad if it is the same dog. My block has a low, medium and high. I thought I probably work well when wrapped in a towel and put it on low / medium term. Any ideas would be great. Thank you!
